Privacy notice

The connected service uses Supabase for account authentication, club data and private video submissions. Public videos are hosted through YouTube. Before inviting public users, publish a full UK GDPR privacy notice, safeguarding policy, submission terms, data retention schedule and contact address.

Video submissions

Community submissions remain private until reviewed. Submitters must confirm permission to share the footage and, where identifiable under-18s appear, appropriate parent, guardian or authorised club consent.
